An engaging way to stay connected with your teams and clients when you can’t be together in person, we offer a host of packages and bespoke experiences.

VIRTUAL WINE TASTINGS

Hosted by our Harvey Nichols Wine Experts we offer four different virtual wine tasting where guests are guided through our carefully chosen selections. All packages are offered for a minimum of 10 guests and last between 45-60 minutes. Each participant will receive 4 x 375ml bottle of the selected wines in advance of the class, including specially selected matching snacks.

Please note these events are currently only available for UK mainland customers. All wines are subject to availability and substitutions may need to be made.

VIRTUAL BEAUTY EVENTS

Hosted in collaboration with brand experts, our carefully selected packages are just the beginning of the exclusive and unique experiences available to our corporate customers. With options across fragrance, makeup and skincare, all packages are offered for a maximum of 30-50 guests and last 60 minutes. Each participant will receive a curated gift of beauty products in advance of the event for use during the experience, with a bottle of either Harvey Nichols White or Red Wine, Prosecco or Champagne included in the price per head. Other brands are available to book for each event category should you prefer, just ask us to tailor these to your own requirements.

THE HIDDEN GEMS - £70 PER HEAD Join us for a celebration of the lesser-known and often-overlooked bottles that sit outside the mainstream. Our resident experts will guide you through their edit of underrated wine gems taking in the tastemakers, industry disruptors and newest trends. The perfect gift for all aspiring wine connoisseurs. Included wines: Macon Jadot 2019, Marc Bredif Vouvray 2018, Churchill Duoro Red 2015 and Cune Rioja Reserva 2016. Paired snacks: Cheese and Port Crisps, Rosemary Focaccia Thins, Bombay Mix, Green Pitted Olives.

THE CLASSIC SELECTION - £100 PER HEAD Discover four timeless classics from our wine range in this informative and interactive virtual wine tasting. Suitable for both novice tasters and connoisseurs, it’s the ideal starting point from which to build your understanding and appreciation of fine wines. Included wines: Bourgogne Rouge Faiveley 2016, Torbreck Struie 2018, Cotes-du-Rhone, Saint Gayan 2016 and Ata Rangi, Crimson Pinot Noir 2019. Paired snacks: Gouda Cheese Palmiers, Focaccia Thins, Gouda Cheese Melts, Camembert Popcorn.

THE FIZZ FLIGHT - £100 PER HEAD Do you know your Champagne from your Prosecco? This virtual tasting will answer all your questions about the wonderful world of celebratory sparkling wines. Join our resident experts for a guided tour of four sparkling wines, including three Champagnes, with perfectly paired nibbles and tasting tips for an experience that goes way beyond the bottle. Included wines: Harvey Nichols Prosecco, Harvey Nichols Champagne, Harvey Nichols Champagne Rosé and Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Champagne. Paired snacks: Multi Seed Cheese Straws, Torres Caviar Crisps, Milk Chocolate Hazelnuts, Meringue Rainbow Drops.

THE PREMIUM SELECTION - £135 PER HEAD The ultimate wine discovery experience. Discover the finest bottles from all corners of the globe as our expert connoisseurs talk and taste their way through this luxury curation of four wines. From legendary vintages to newsworthy newcomers, this experience will take even the most discerning wine lover’s taste buds on an immersive trip around the world. Included wines: Guigal Condrieu 2019, Ladoucette Pouilly Fume 2018, Vina Ardanza 2012 and Segla 2014. And even how to apply scent the right way – it really is a thing beauty. Time to welcome a new fragrance to the family.

MAKEUP MASTERCLASS - £95 PER HEAD Master your makeup with this event package designed to turn every beauty beginner to prepping like a pro. Hosted by a team of beauty artists from Fenty Beauty, choose to focus your 60 minutes on a seasonal look, flawless radiant beauty or creating a day-to-night look. You’ll receive a selection of hero products in advance of the event to use during the masterclass, as the team reveals the backstage techniques to prep, prime and paint your face. You’ll be serving serious looks in time for summer, ready, set, glow.

HYDRATION & WELLBEING - £115 PER HEAD If lockdown life has your skin screaming SOS, this virtual event is the ideal experience for those that want to create a personal spa sanctuary. The 60-minute workshop on Hydration and Wellbeing will teach you how to be your own skincare therapist. Hosted by ESPA, our team of experts will guide you through meditation to boost hydration, nutrient advice and a step-by-step application using a hand-picked selection of products sent to your home.
