Abasolo El Whisky De México is a rich, complex Mexican corn whisky made from the finest, non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn which is processed in the ancient cooking technique of nixtamalization, resulting in a whisky with a taste profile so unique that it cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
The smooth, amber-hued expression is richly layered with deep aromatic notes of roasted corn, toffee and hints of caramel leading to honey, vanilla, black tea and leather on the palate.
