Created by Appleton Estate’s Master Blender Joy Spence this 12 Year Old Rare Casks is multi-award-winning blend of rare hand-selected pot and column still rums that have been aged for over a decade in the tropical climate of Jamaica. Displaying toasted oak fruitcake nutty praline molasses vanilla buttered banana bread roasted pineapple and mocha this exquisite rum is best sipped neat over ice and we love to throw a few cracked coffee beans into the mix with it.
