Step 1: The Rich Shampoo. Apply to wet hair and massage gently into the hair and scalp. Rinse and repeat as required. 

Step 2: The Rich Conditioner. Apply to clean, damp hair after using The Rich Shampoo from Augustinus Bader. Work through the length of hair. Leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
