We love owls. Maybe that’s why we fell for Blinking Owl Vodka. Made with organic wheat grown in California it’s rich earthy and full-bodied. Inspired by the farm-to-table food movement local sourcing organic ingredients and sustainability they create 100% Californian vodka gin several kinds of whiskey and aquavit. Their Head Distiller Ryan Friesen began his career at Journeyman Distillery in Michigan but also completed internships at Black Swan Cooperage and Chichibu Distillery. The latter conducted under the watchful eye of none other than Ichiro Akuto is sure to pique the interest of aficionados and wise owls everywhere.
