Heredad de Hidalgo is a wonderful Amontillado Sherry that pours an amber colour with flashes of green. A sip reveals deeply autumnal flavours of toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit, savoury leather, wood and honey without the sweetness. The dry finish makes it a stunning aperitif. However, it can also be paired with meaty tapas, rich pâté, hard cheeses or salted nuts.
