Established in 1792, Bodegas Hidalgo is one of the oldest Sherry producers in existence. Now in the hands of Luis, Antonio, Juan and Fermin Hidalgo (the 8th generation), this legendary producer has captivated wine lovers for over 200 years.
Oloroso Abodado Alameda is a Cream Sherry named after the central plaza in Sevilla. It’s crafted from a mix of old Oloroso Sherries and sweeter wines made from Pedro Ximénez, which have been aged for several years in an American oak solera. Sweet, smooth and super festive, it tastes like Christmas cake, dried figs, roasted walnuts, juicy raisins and wood spices. Great to have in for the holiday season, but equally good with soft cheeses, pecan pie, fruitcake or crème caramel.
