Bottega’s Raspberry Cream Liqueur unites the intense sweet and sour combo of fresh raspberries with the soft texture of thick cream. Unctuously creamy and wonderfully summery it receives just a splash of grappa to heighten the aromatics. Tasting like melted raspberry ripple ice cream it seems to coat the mouth and wow the senses. Serve it chilled with raspberry-based desserts or at the end of the meal in lieu of pudding. Mix it into cocktails (we like to mix it with vodka to create a kind of Raspberry Russian) or simply drizzle it over ice cream and fresh raspberries.
