Juvé & Camps Singular Xarel·lo Brut Nature Gran Reserva Vintage Cava is made exclusively from Xarel·lo, the monarch of Catalan white grapes. This single-varietal Cava is matured on the lees (the spent yeast that gives quality sparkling wine its nutty, yeasty and bready flavours) for around three years, which is as long as Vintage Champagne requires by law. It’s a magnificent expression of Xarel·lo, displaying delicate creamy bubbles, intense white fruit, mixed peel, fennel, lemon meringue pie and toast. We adore this at any time, but it’s particularly wonderful with sushi and sashimi, fish pie, stews like marmitako, citrussy salads (especially with croutons) and rice-based dishes.

They’ve been growing grapes for over two centuries and have always focused on quality and sustainability.
