Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino is a special release from the iconic Italian brand which is made using Langhe DOC Nebbiolo wines blended with extracts of Italian holy thistle and red sandalwood among other herbs and spices. This has created a full-bodied herbal and complex vermouth with incredible depth and a persistent focused finish. Representing one of two new variants Rubino has been designed to honour the traditional methods used by the first Martini master herbalists. Deep ruby in colour aromas of red fruit mint herbs pine and cedar are suggested on the nose whilst the palate is sweet yet balanced with a layered delivery of flavour. An incredible new addition to the vermouth category this is delicious to drink on its own or mixed in cocktails.
