Since 1808 Champagne Henriot one of the last independent and family-owned houses in Champagne has pursued a tradition of excellence – a fragile balance between delicacy intensity and purity. For seven generations the family has selected only the very best vineyards concentrated on the purest Chardonnay and has upheld the utmost respect for time in order to ensure each cuvée they produce has an opportunity to reach its full expression.

And we have to say that with grapes coming from predominantly Premier and Grand Cru sites (notably Mesnil sur Oger and Avize) this is a luminous expression of Henriot’s terroir. Blended with just a little of their prestige Cuve 38 Champagne it’s aged deep in their cellars for 4-5 years before release. The result is a super-stylish wine brimming with salinity chalk flint lemon sorbet crunch white peach dried apricot orange blossom honey and buttery brioche. A stunning Champagne that nobody should miss out on.
