Although more associated with producing award-winning vodka Chase Distillery also makes an extraordinarily different gin. Elegant 48 Gin is made from scratch using rare varieties of apples from Chase’s 300 year old organic cider orchards. Produced in a bespoke gin still using hops elderflower juniper Bramley apple and angelica along with secret wild botanicals from surrounding meadows and fresh water from the estate’s well.
Fresh aromas of juniper citrus fruit and spice are suggested on the nose while the palate is elegant crisp and fruity followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. Best enjoyed in a dry Martini or with tonic water garnished with a slice of apple. This miniature allows you to samples the incredible quality and we’re confident that after trying it you will be tempted by the three litre jeroboam.
