Exclusive to Harvey Nichols, The Cornwall Pasta Company’s Organic Chestnut Gnocchi will make a gorgeously warming dish for the winter months. It’s made using chestnut flour that has sailed over from Portugal, from one of the company’s selected regenerative and organic producers, on a beautiful wooden clipper to the company's home harbour, Mylor, in Cornwall.
The gnocchi has a sweet, rich and deep nutty flavour and can be eaten simply boiled in salted water with lashings of butter and finely grated parmesan or served alongside crispy golden garlicky mushrooms, smooth rich crème fraiche and a light grating of fresh truffle for a truly sumptuous and decadent feast.
The Cornwall Pasta Company have done their upmost to keep this product as sustainable as possible; the packaging is made from recycled paper bags and uses a water-based ink stamp that’s been applied by hand in the factory.
