Produced in the heart of the Cotswolds region Cotswolds Gin is traditional and juniper-driven in style yet also uses more unusual botanicals such as locally sourced lavender black pepper and bay leaf. Powerful and forward on the nose the palate is spicy and dry with a wonderful complexity and a pronounced balanced finish. Offering an expressive concoction of pine fresh garden herbs lemon lime and orange; this gin works well with tonic and fantastically as the base for a Martini.
