The iconic G&T is an eclectic coming together of Indian and British cultures. The Crazy Singh’s Punjabi Chai Gin takes that to a whole new level. Vacuum distilled to enhance the flavours it pops with sweet cinnamon coconut cream black tea and peppery juniper nuances. The result is warming spicy and deeply delicious.
Crazy Gin’s original release is a take on the lassi and has a decidedly summery feel to it. For us the follow up the Punjabi Chai Gin has a winter vibe although we’d happily drink it all year round. We can’t wait to sip this alongside chole bhature rajma dal makhana or maybe a thali.
As with all expressions from Crazy Gin this was distilled in small 200 bottle batches by the founders known as ‘The Crazy Singh’ and ‘The Crazy Kaur’.
