Cygnet Welsh Dry is a vibrant handcrafted gin from celebrated singer Katherine Jenkins. Made near the artist's childhood home, the spirit blends local botanicals from the valleys with pure Welsh water so it glides down easily and can be enjoyed alone over ice.
It's infused with uplifting juniper, notes of sweet orange and soft coriander for a fresh finish. Pine, citrus, and spice round out the flavour profile, together with chamomile, which Jenkins says, "creates an elegant and crisp taste.” To master her perfect serve, she recommends adding a spritz of light tonic with a juicy red grapefruit wedge to complement the liquorice, cardamon, and almond botanicals.
Inspired by a droplet of Welsh water, the glass bottle is designed to be reused after the last drop has gone - it'll make a beautiful vase for displaying wild blooms on your mantle or as the centrepiece to a seasonal tablescape. ‘Hwyl!'
