For eyes: use the Delilah Small Liner brush. Dip the tip of the brush into the pot covering both sides of the brush head. Apply carefully to the lash line and work as quickly as possible before the product dries. For a more dramatic look apply inside the waterline.
For brows: use the Delilah Angled Liner Brush. Dip the tip of the brush into the pot to pick up a small amount of the product. Apply carefully to the lash line or to the brow area working in small controlled strokes the formula allows you time to blend before drying to a matte finish.
