Produced in St Andrews by dynamic craft distiller Eden Mill and inspired by one of the most iconic symbols of the yuletide season we proudly present Candy Cane Christmas Gin. It has become a perennial favourite since its launch in 2018 bringing together the red excitement of a candy cane and its cool minty twist. Handcrafted using traditional methods the key botanicals include rich peppermint for flavour and bilberry and hibiscus for colour. The result is peppery and minty with hint of berry fruits. It mixes perfectly with tonic – particularly Harvey Nichols Raspberry & Mint Tonic – and Prosecco. It can also be served over lots of ice topped up with cranberry juice and garnished with brambles. Or why not add a cheeky slug to your festive hot chocolate?
