Floral and lifted on the nose with hints of pear peach and grapefruit zest on the palate it’s sweet yet balanced with a pronounced elderflower flavour and a very summery feel. Produced only in small-batch quantities this limited edition release can be enjoyed on its own with Champagne or in a wide variety of cocktails. In addition this gin-based Elderflower Liqueur received the huge accolade of three gold stars at the Great Taste awards only 125 products from 10 000 entrants achieved this notable feat.
