Based in the town of Bisceglie, Apuglia, surrounded by ancient olive groves, they carefully selected only the finest olives before washing them and cold-pressing each batch on traditional stone mills resulting in an oil that's of exceptional quality and consistency.

Instructions for use: These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle's cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement.
