This blend of six cognac wines (Grand Champagne, Bon Bois, Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, Bois Ordinaires and Borderies) may be unconventional but these have been specifically selected for the finest eaux de vie matured in oak barrels for between an astonishing 10 and 30 years. The slow aging in oak barrels imparts an all-natural, luminous golden hue with deep mahogany reflections. A blend of fresh, floral and fruity flavours bursts into aromas of cinnamon and spice whilst on the palate, there’s a fusion of sharp, vibrant fruit flavours with overtones of leather, oak and pepper.
