The Half Bottle Collection opens with our ever-summer Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc buzzing with grapefruit lime elderflower cut grass herb patch and big sunshine vibes. Joining that is our biodynamic Premium Côtes de Provence Rosé made exclusively for us by Château Saint-Honoré from vineyards in the tiny sub-appellation of La Londe – an incredible terroir that is also home to plots owned by Domaines Ott’s Clos Mireille Château Léoube and Château Sainte Marguerite who make Idris Elba’s much-loved rosé. And finally hailing from the eco-friendly Château Lamothe who also make the Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is our Bordeaux Rouge. This unoaked Merlot is a bright ruby-red wine with oodles of crunchy red fruit like strawberry cherry and raspberry and it’s our go-to for tomato-based sauces baked dishes topped with cheese and Sunday roasts. With wines this good our only worry is that you might wish you had whole bottles!
