Our velvety smooth Milk Chocolate Coated Rose and Cardamom Caramels combine a luscious and delicately infused caramel centre with a rich Columbian milk chocolate coating that’s been perfectly tempered for that delightful crack. With hints of soft florals and gentle spice, these caramels must be devoured alongside a strong black coffee or with your favourite after dinner liqueur.  

Made by hand in small batches, they’ve been lovingly crafted by expert confectioners who have the caramel-making process down to a fine art thanks to years of practice in caramelising sugar to smooth, silky perfection.
