This carefully curated mini selection of Harvey Nichols own spirits gives you a little insight into the range and showcases our fantastic array of producers.
Starting with The Harvey Nichols Sloe Gin, Damson Gin and Creme de Cassis, these three spirits are made exclusively for us in Gloucestershire by fruit farmers turned liqueur specialists Bramley & Gage using a 200-litre copper pot still called Kathleen. This expensive piece of kit contains a unique double sphere condenser which creates more copper contact resulting in a sleek and silky finish to the spirits. Whether sipping neat or muddling into a cocktail, we think you’ll agree that these mini bottles are not to be missed.
Next up are the deeply aromatic Foraged Dry Gin and Rose & Hollyhock Gin which are made for us by The Secret Garden Distillery in Edinburgh. Crafted using ingredients foraged and handpicked from an ancient Roman juniper forest, without chemicals, fertilisers, and with no added sugar, or artificial colourings, flavourings, or additives, these all-natural gins are truly unique and will give your regular G&T a flavour boost.
Harvey Nichols Limoncello transports you to the picturesque lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast. Full of flavour, our Limoncello is both refreshing and indulgent and sees its initial burst of citrusy brightness balanced by a sweetness that dances on the palate. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif, a cocktail base, or a delightful digestif, our Limoncello promises the taste of summer.
Harvey Nichols x Hine VSOP Cognac is a deeply comforting sipping spirit. Created by our expert Spirits Buyers in collaboration with Hine, the illustrious Cognac house, this bespoke blend reveals a combination of rich, biscuity notes, alongside citrus, honey, vanilla, oak with gentle undertones of nut and earth. Weighty and assured, it is a Cognac for all seasons.
Harvey Nichols Vodka has personality and power. Produced by B-Corp certified 58 and Co, this amazing vodka is made using minimal distillation to ensure the character stays intact. The result is aromas of olive oil, white pepper and salinity combined with subtle notes of macadamia nuts, black tea, clay cut grass and vanilla. The rich palate delivers nutmeg, hay, marzipan, lime peel, minerality and a soft subtle finish with jasmine and chamomile. Bursting with flavour, this vodka makes a downright Dirty Martini and one we think will blow your socks off.
