One of the highlights of an extremely challenging 2020 was the Italian government giving the go ahead for pink Prosecco. And there’s only one way to celebrate this monumental decision and that’s with a glass of the 2023 Harvey Nichols Prosecco Rosé DOC.
Crafted by the highly respected Bronca sisters Antonella and Ersiliana, who also make our bestselling Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, this new pink version includes a little Pinot Noir which imparts that cracking coral colour. In the glass this vegan-friendly wine has a lovely core of ripe red berries perfectly balanced by a long dry finish and notes of tangy redcurrant citrus rose petal and cherry blossom. The future of Prosecco is looking rosy or should that be rosé?
