This is blend of Negroamaro and Merlot is a wine full of love. Giovanni Battista and his wife Teresa Manara visited Salento in the 1950s and fell in love with the region. Now the whole family makes wine there. Long sunny days and cool sea breezes from the Adriatic and Ionian seas help to create rich and ripe wines with elegant balance. This eco-friendly producer also loves the environment. They’ve stopped using pesticides and herbicides and are at the forefront of monitoring the impact of global warming on their beloved wine region.
