Our Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp dry and varietal expression that displays aromas of elderflower, grapefruit and cut grass on the nose with a light, crisp and refreshing quality on the palate. In contrast, our Corbières Rouge is an unoaked blend of southern French red varieties that is ruby-red, ripe and well-rounded with smoky notes and flavour of blackberry, cherry, dried herbs and roasted coffee. To complement the trio, our Rosé is graced with subtle engaging notes of dried flora, red fruit and mixed herbs leading to understated flavours of raspberry ripple, strawberry shortcake and an assortment of regional spices.
