Making a return with us is easy. Please follow the procedures below so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
We offer a free returns service via arranged collection in Hong Kong or in person at either the Landmark or Pacific Place stores.
- Please call Customer Services on +852 3968 2680 to request a collection and agree a convenient time.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return unused in the original packaging and enclose the fully completed Returns Note provided.
- DHL will collect from you at an agreed time.
- Please take the item(s) in their original condition and packaging along with the Returns Note provided with your order to your preferred store within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
- Visit our Collect in Store area, where one of our consultants will process the return for you.
