The prices of the products are as stated on the website at the time that you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. 

Prices are shown in HKD and include applicable sales and value added taxes. Any such taxes will be itemised at check-out. If you are viewing the website from the UK, the product prices advertised on the website are inclusive of VAT. If the country of shipment is outside the UK but within the EU, prices will be shown in euros inclusive of VAT. All other countries are shown a price excluding VAT as no VAT will be payable on these orders.

  1. Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges depend on the products you have ordered and the delivery address. The delivery charges for your order will be clearly displayed during the check-out process, before you confirm your order. Our website contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error as soon as possible. Contractually, our prices constitute an “invitation to treat”, which invites you to make an offer for a product at the price shown. We are therefore within our rights to reject your offer if the product has been priced incorrectly. We also reserve the right to cancel your order once accepted if priced incorrectly. 

We currently accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

You confirm that any credit or debit card used for your purchase is yours. By placing an order you authorise us to carry out any necessary credit checks and to transmit and/or obtain information (including updated information) about you to/from third parties for that purpose and in order to verify your identity, validate your credit or debit card, to obtain an initial card authorisation and to protect against fraud. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the check-out stage. Please note that you will be agreeing to PayPal’s terms and conditions and processes. If you choose to pay for your order using a payment card with a currency denominated account that is different from the currency you are paying in, your payment card will be charged in the payment currency and may incur additional foreign exchange rates, mark-up or fee, at foreign exchange rate applied by your relevant payment card provider or bank at the time of processing your order. In addition, the foreign exchange rate used by Harvey Nichols may not be the same as foreign rates available in the marketplace.

Harvey Nichols Gift Cards are currently redeemable in all UK and Ireland stores. Gift cards are not redeemable online or in our international stores.
