Place your order online and collect from your nearest store when it suits you.
When your items are ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know they've arrived, typically within 1 - 3 days. During promotional periods, the delivery time may be extended, but we will endeavour to get your order ready as soon as possible.
Bring the email which contains a QR code to the collect in store collection point in your chosen store and a member of staff will deliver your item(s) to you.
Please note, hampers are not currently eligible for our Collect in Store service.Collection points can be found in the following locations:
Knightsbridge - Third Floor
Bristol - First Floor
Manchester - Style Concierge on the First Floor
Birmingham - Personal Shopping on the Ground Floor
Leeds - First Floor
Edinburgh - Third Floor
Where in the store should I collect my order?
The collection point differs between each of our stores and will be detailed in the confirmation email you receive when your order has arrived and is ready to collect, as well as on our Collection Points page.
Please note that collection and returning products in our Dublin store is currently unavailable.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection, typically in 1-3 days. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received your confirmation email.
When will my card be charged?
If you choose the Collect in Store service, your card will be debited when your order arrives at your chosen store. You will receive an email from us to confirm when the order has been processed and is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please print out your ‘Ready to Collect’ confirmation email and bring it with you to the store. Or, if you’d prefer, you can simply display the email on a smartphone, laptop or tablet device.
Please note that collection and returning products in our Dublin store is currently unavailable.
Please also bring the card that you paid with or a form of identification: your passport or driving licence.
If you have placed your order using PayPal, please bring photo ID as well the confirmation email.
What if I'm not available to collect my order?
If you do not collect your order within fourteen days of its arrival in-store we will return and refund your order.
Please note that orders may only be collected by the person who placed the order online. This is the name on the Harvey Nichols online account and PayPal account.
Can I return my order on the day I collect it, or at a later date?
Yes. If you change your mind or an item is unsuitable, you can return or exchange anything you need to then and there in the store. You are free to make use of our changing facilities, and a member of the team will be happy to offer advice.
Please note that collection and returning products in our Dublin store is currently unavailable.
Alternatively, you can take your order home and return any items you wish to (under the terms of our Returns Policy) within 14 days of collection.
Can I collect from an international store?
Currently this service is only available in our UK and Hong Kong stores.
