What is Members? Members is our upgraded loyalty programme, that rewards you for every purchase, with exclusive benefits, discounts and early access, with more to unlock as you move through the tiers.
What’s changing in January 2026? We’re upgrading our loyalty programme and relaunching it as Members, with a new look, refreshed tier structure and enhanced benefits. You can continue earning points, redeeming cash rewards and using your current benefits as usual until Members launches.
Do I need to do anything? No, you don’t need to take any action. We’ll take care of everything for you.
Will my login details change? No. You’ll continue to sign in using your existing email address and password.
Will I lose my points? No. All your existing points will carry over into Members, and you can continue earning and redeeming as normal.
I’m already part of the loyalty programme — what does this mean for me? Your account, points and spend history will all carry over. Your tier will be updated to match the new structure, and you’ll keep your current benefits until the new Members benefits are introduced.
What are the new Members tiers? There are 4 tiers in Members. You’ll move through them based on your annual spend.

Why haven’t my points been added yet?
If it was an in store purchase, points will take 14 days to appear in your account. For online purchases it takes 21 days to update.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Any points earned on returned items will be removed from your balance.
When do my cash rewards expire?
Cash rewards will expire if no account activity was detected in 12 months from the date the last purchase.
Can I redeem my points with Personal Shopping?
Yes, your cash rewards can be redeemed during Personal Shopping appointments, just like on any other purchase.
How do I receive free delivery?
Free standard delivery is included as a benefit in selected tiers. Once eligible, it will be automatically applied at checkout when you're signed in.
Why haven’t I received my birthday offer?
Check your account to make sure your date of birth and marketing preferences are up to date. If everything looks correct, our Customer Service team can help.
Can customers who are part of our Members loyalty programme still earn and spend points when using Klarna?
Yes. Members can continue to earn and spend points as normal with all payment types, including Klarna. No additional steps or changes are required for loyalty customers when choosing Klarna at checkout.
Where do I find my Member ID?
Your Member ID is available in your account once you log in.
Is there a physical membership card?
No, your digital account gives you everything you need and is accessible online or in store with your details.
Can I manage my loyalty account online?
Yes, you can view your points, cash rewards, tier status and benefits anytime by signing in to your account.
Can I sign up with my existing harveynichols.com login?
Yes, simply sign in and choose Become a Member to join.
How can I update my marketing preferences?
You can update your preferences at any time in your account settings, under Personal Details.
Can I use Members if I live outside the UK?
Yes, you can still join and earn points on your purchases. However, some benefits are only available for Members residing in the UK.
How can I leave Members?
If you’d like to close your loyalty account, click Delete my loyalty in your account or simply contact our Customer Service team and they’ll assist you.
