Langlois-Chateau (named after the union of Edouard Langlois and his wife Jeanne Chateau) has been making some of the best Crémant in all of France for over 100 years. Crémant is made the exact same way as Champagne (Méthode Traditionnelle) just outside the Champagne region. So when the Bollinger family became majority stakeholders of Langlois-Chateau in the 1970s it meant that you can now enjoy Champagne know-how at a fraction of the price.
