Do you struggle to choose between the creamy, rich smoothness of milk chocolate or the bitter depths of dark chocolate? Well, Majani has solved the conundrum for you with the Lei Bigusto Split Egg; one half is created using the finest milk chocolate and the other with extra dark chocolate, so you never have to decide. It’s presented in vibrant blue and green packaging with a glossy satin ribbon tied above the egg, creating the decorative fan above.
The chocolate is made from the finest Fino de Aroma cocoa beans and with all elements of production and creation taking place in one of the oldest family artisan chocolatiers in Italy, you know you’re indulging in something very special.
Since its founding in 1796 by Teresina Majani in a small shop in the heart of Bologna the company has journeyed through each century, facing challenges head on whilst always staying true to the family’s creativity and passion for innovation. From celebrating its first solid shaped chocolate, the ‘Scorza’, in 1832, becoming the official supplier of the House of Savoy, in 1878, building the ‘Majani Palazzina’ in 1908 and to creating the Cremino FIAT in 1911, the company has been a great success and continues to create chocolate masterpieces, like the Sfoglia Nera and Tortellino, along with many others, with original and unmistakable taste.
