Melt has recreated the original recipe from the 18th century that features 50% Piedmont hazelnuts, 30% chocolate solids and a much low sugar content for a flavour that’s decadently rich. It’s been made in small batches in the brand’s Holland Park kitchen with the finest ingredients and care for maximum indulgence.
