Niederegger are playing this one down by calling it double chocolate because there’s actually a triumvirate of choccy treats in here. The chunky ingot of marzipan is infused with the finest cocoa layered with a creamy chocolate filling and then wrapped in crunch dark chocolate. We’d continue to argue the semantics of double chocolate versus triple chocolate but our mouth is full of marzipan.
