The resulting wine is a great demonstration of balance exhibiting aromas of apple and citrus fruit with underlying toasty honeyed autolytic notes. On the palate an impressive richness and weight are displayed with rich sweet orchard fruit flavours and a depth of savoury complexity balanced impeccably against a backbone of crisp acidity.
