Oddbird Rosé is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The grapes are picked young to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the aromatics and the wine is then aged for twelve months including a short time in small oak casks to add richness and nuttiness. What astounded us is the skill in the de-alcoholising process which retains all the intensity and elegance of the wine. Summer berries dance with notes of zingy lemon sorbet crunchy Granny Smith apple biscuit and honey on toast. This alcohol-free and gloriously silky sparkling is the perfect way to make sure no guest ever feels excluded from the celebration.
