In 1963 the Peroni family decided to create a beer befitting Italy’s rich culinary history. Having nailed that with Peroni Nastro Azzuro they decided to create a zero-alcohol version in Libera – meaning ‘free’. Crafted from the finest ingredients including their own Nostrano dell’Isola maize grown in the small town of Bergamo and a special yeast that brings out the hallmark citrussy aromas. Crisp and gently spiced with balanced bitterness and a clean finish that’s as revitalising as a plunge into icy water.
