Crafted in Guatemala from a blend of rums aged between six and 23 years high above the clouds in the highlands of Quetzaltenango. The slow ageing at 2 300 metres above sea level imparts a staggering depth of flavour: honeyed butterscotch spiced oak Christmas cake fruit chocolate orange roasted apricots brown sugar sweet tobacco marzipan and faint waft of cigar smoke. A great match for festive foods it’s also a great winter warmer to have in the hip flask.
