The Chocolatier has hatched the finest eggs this Easter. Made with chocolate supplied to Michelin star restaurants, these milk and dark chocolate ganaches are infused with muscovado sea salt caramel and then coated in crisp chocolate shells for an indulgently rich and creamy finish.
The Chocolatier use no cream or butter in the recipe, instead choosing to use water making the truffle a water ganache and in doing so unveiling all the hidden notes in the beautiful single origin chocolate.
