To celebrate its launch, Tiempo has collaborated with illustrator Alan Berry Rhys to offer a complimentary A4 print with every limited-edition gift box. Each design has been printed onto recycled paper that’s made using waste fibres from the spirit industry and pays homage to the journey of Tiempo, starting with the inspiration from the awe-inspiring Las Pozas – these incredible surrealist structures are found deep within the Mexican jungle and are the birthplace of Tiempo.
Tiempo’s small batch ultra-premium Puro Tequila is meticulously crafted using 100% pure agave from the Altos and Valley regions of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow cooked for 48 hours, then carefully fermented for over 60 hours before being distilled twice and left to mature for up to one year in American oak whisky barrels. The unique and expressive character of Tiempo Puro is formed through the charcoal filtration process, when heavy tannins are removed leaving a light reposado that is smooth, clear and complex with subtle undertones of sweet vanilla, oak and caramel alongside crisp bright notes of citrus and pepper. A combination so beautiful it’s no wonder it has taken six years to perfect. Savour straight up or over ice with your preferred mixer.
Tiempo strongly believes in sustainability so where possible, there is minimal usage of plastic, and all bottles are made from recycled glass with recycled and sustainable labels along with a natural cork and wood stopper.
