The Santenay Premier Cru of Les Gravières pushes up close to Chassagne-Montrachet so this is exceptional terroir with fine pedigree. Matured in oak for 14 months and bottled without fining or filtration – making it just as nature intended – it has power and perfume. Vincent Girardin was born in Santenay and is the eleventh generation of his family to make wine in the region so he knows a thing or two about creating great Burgundy.
